Jewelry care
Cotton embroidery and silver need different care, so keep cleaners away from the stitched fabric.
Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Apply perfume, creams, and hairspray first and let them dry before putting on your jewelry.
Keep the embroidery dry. Gently wipe the silver frame with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding the stitches. Do not wash, soak, scrub, or use silver dip, polish, or stain remover on the assembled pendant. Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners.
Hold the pendant by its frame. Keep the stitches away from rough surfaces and avoid pulling loose threads.
Store separately in a soft pouch or lined box, away from damp conditions, heat, and direct sunlight. Leave enough room to avoid crushing delicate details.
If the piece gets wet, blot gently and let it air-dry completely before storing. Do not use heat. If anything loosens, cracks, or becomes damaged, stop wearing it and contact us before attempting a repair.
