We ship our products across Europe and to all countries covered by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post).
Processing time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping methods & delivery times We ship via Pošta Slovenije. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Slovenia & neighbouring countries: 3-14 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5-21 business days
- Other Pošta Slovenije destinations: 5-30 business days
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & duties For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For shipments outside the EU, local customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
